Disposable Dissolving Needle

Our safety needles are specially designed with a safety protection arm that will cover and lock the needle after use so as to reduce the risk of accidental needle sticks. The safety needles for injections are used together with syringes or infusion(blood) device, can be used for blood sampling, intravenous injection, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection, joint and soft tissue injection, fine needle aspiration, and intravitreal injection, avoid cross-infection effectively. There are various types of safety needles, such as insulin safety needles, retractable safety needles, safety butterfly needles, safety huber needles and safety hypodermic needles.    

The disposable hypodermic needles are constituted by hub, needle tube, protecting cap. The surface of the medical hypodermic needles tube is coated with silicon to ensure that the sterile hypodermic needle can spike quickly and smoothly when injection. The medical hypodermic needles always used together with hypodermic syringes are intended to inject the drug for the patient or take out the blood for the patient.            

The I.V. catheter, or called peripheral iv catheter,  is made up of a protective cap, peripheral catheters, pressure cap, catheters supporter, needle tube, air-outlet connector, dosing cap, rubber plunger, etc. The iv needle and catheter is often used with transfusion sets, infusion sets, and blood collection devices. The iv catheter extension set is adopted by insert-blood-vessel-system, which can efficiently avoid cross-infection. The target user group of the iv catheter set should be professional medical staff who have been trained or have practical experience.    

The traditional smallpox vaccine vaccination method in our country is the skin scarification method. The operation process is: first drop 10μl of the vaccine (the dose is about 2x10 PFU) on the vaccination site, and then scratch, so that the vaccine enters through the damaged skin, but actually the amount of vaccine enters in the human body is far less than 10μl. At present, WHO recommends using bifurcated needle for immunization. Compared with the traditional methods, this method is simple and easy to use. Although dipping of vaccine by use the bifurcated needle is about 2.5μl, its immune effect is the same as the vaccination effect of 4 times the dose (10μl) of skin scratches, on the basis of ensuring the vaccination effect, the dasage of vaccine is reduced, and the absorption rate of vaccine is improved compared with the traditional method.    

An invasive device which includes a sharp and rigid needle intended to puncture a vein to collect blood and/or for transient (<24 hours) administration of intravenous fluids. The needle includes wings for fixation/placement and includes a short tubing with a connectors. The device may be referred to as a butterfly needle or scalp vein needle. This is a single-use device.            

Single-use Huber  Needles used for implantable drug-supplying devices is an intravascular infusion device equipped with a right angle infusion needle and a manually activated anti needle device.            

This product is divided into stainless steel needles with side hole and blunt fill needle.
